Heard the learned Counsel for both the parties. 2.

It is fairly submitted by Mr. Saibal Bapuli, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State that the petitioner is similarly circumstanced with the co-accused persons who have already been released on bail.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions in the case, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman under NDPS Act in NDPS Case No. 14 of 2022 arising out of Raniganj P.S. case No. 293 of 2022 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. 5.

CRM (NDPS) 1117 of 2023 is disposed of.
