Petitioner is aggrieved by the progress of Criminal Revision No. 17/2023 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Purulia. In view of the revisional application pending in respect of the order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Misc. Case No. 39/2010 by the Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Purulia, I am not inclined to interfere with the merits of the case. However, I direct that the learned revisional Court would take efforts to pronounce his verdict in the revisional application within three months from the next date so fixed, i.e., 04.06.2024. By no stretch of imagination, the timeline would stretch beyond 10th September, 2024. I further direct that the petitioner before this Court should communicate this order on 04.06.2024 to the revisional Court.

With the aforesaid observation, CRR/2128/2024 is disposed of.
