During the pendency of the contempt petition, the Court is informed, that, the Bank made payments to the petitioner. According to the petitioner, there are further outstanding dues payable by the Bank to the petitioner.

We need not enter into to the quantum of liability of the Bank, if there be any, in proceedings under the provisions of Article 215 of the Constitution of India and the Contempt's of Court Act, 1971.

Consequently, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the contempt petition. This order will, however, not prevent the parties from resolving their disputes with regard to the quantum receivable by the petitioner before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

CPAN 666 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
