Nobody appeared on behalf of either of the parties. Even on three earlier occasions nobody appeared on behalf of the parties.

No accommodation is sought for at the time of call. 3.

This case is of the year 2017.

The petitioners have filed this application under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, challenging the impugned order dated 4th April, 2017 passed by the learned Judge, Bench-I, City Sessions Court, Calcutta in Criminal Revision No. 01 of 2016 thereby setting aside the order dated 7th December, 2015 passed by the Court of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta.

Despite the aforesaid facts and criminal revisional application is pending since 2017, seems that the petitioners are no more interested to pursue the instant criminal revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 1759 of 2017 is, thus, dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
