1. We have heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to consider the representation and refer the matter to National Investigation Agency on the ground that offences mentioned in the Schedule to the National Investigation Agency at 2008 has been committed. We find that neither the representation contains any relevant details nor the concerned jurisdictional State Police have been impleaded in the writ petition.

3. Therefore, at this juncture, no direction as sought for by the writ petitioner can be granted, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the appropriate authority in the Murshidabad District for appropriate relief.

4. In the result, the writ petition stands disposed of.
