The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Licensee Company submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to deposit the said amount in three installments by October 26, 2025.

However, the learned advocate representing the petitioners submitted that his clients are willing to deposit the entire security amount in a single installment by October 26, 2025.

The licensee company opposes the prayer of the petitioners.

Considering the matter on equitable grounds, I am inclined to accept the submission made on behalf of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to deposit the differential security amount on or before October 26, 2025.

This order is passed subject to the condition that the petitioners shall not migrate to any other licensee company during the said period.

Accordingly, WPA 13127 of 2025 stands disposed of in terms of the above directions. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
