Mr. Gazi Faruque Hossain, Ms. Priyanka Mandal ....for the petitioner The O. C., Kalna Police Station has filed a report, which is taken on record. It appears that FIR No. 456 of 2021 dated 19.06.2021 was investigated and the chare sheet no. 511 of 2021 dated 30.07.2021 has been filed. Trial has commenced. In the meantime, one of the accused/husband of the petitioner died on 3rd October, 2021.

In view of the above, there is no inaction on the part of the Kalna Police Station.

Kalna Police Station shall, however, attend to any complaint from the petitioner or any torture from any other person.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
