Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during pendency of the application, the petitioner no.1 had passed away. The other petitioners being petitioner nos.2 and 3 have instructed him not the press this application. The written instruction of the petitioner nos.2 and 3 and a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner no.1 as filed on behalf of the petitioners are taken on record. On the prayer of the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the revisional application is dismissed as infructuous so far as the petitioner no. 1 is concerned and dismissed as not pressed so far as the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are concerned.
