Ct. No.17 arrange the documents required for supplying those to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education for getting a call in the interview and aptitude test. Those documents are the TET Admit of 2014 and age proof documents like Admit Card of Madhyamik Examination. For these reasons he could not participate in the said interview process. The reason is his father was very ill and after looking after his father he missed the Notification of the Board. He also submitted that he comes from an underprivileged family and he should be given an opportunity to appear in the personality test and the aptitude test.

After considering the case I direct the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the candidature of the petitioner and he is directed to

submit two documents as indicated above and to arrange for his personality test and aptitude test. The petitioner is directed to communicate a copy of this order in course of this week and such arrangement should be made by the Board by four weeks from 3rd October, 2023.

I have allowed this application considering the submission of the petitioner as to his father's illness for which a medical certificate is given and after considering his submission as to his under-privileged class situation, which primarily appears from the reservation category being OBC-A. Such candidate should not be deprived of one opportunity to appear in the personality test and the aptitude test for failure to submit the required documents and, therefore, a lenient view is required to be taken for such persons and that is why I pass the above order.

With the above observation and direction the writ application is disposed of.
