1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioners are stated to be members of the family of the inlaws of the victim wife.

3. Considered the materials placed by the learned Counsel for the parties and incriminating statements of the witnesses.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and the fact that there is always a hope of compromise in matrimonial disputes and such compromise is always for the interest of the family and society, each of the petitioners is directed to appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi, Murshidabad, within 15 days from today in the G.R. Case arising out of Bharatpur Police Station Case No. 26 of 2023 dated 28.01.2023. On their appearance and application for bail each of the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts

and circumstances of the case.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
