Let the following sentence be added after paragraph 1 of the order dated 13.08.2025:- "Let cost assessed at Rs.7,500/- be paid to the applicant after recovery of the same from M/s. Olisa Reality Limited and M/s. Delta Limited."

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 13.08.2025.

4.

The other parts of the order dated 13.08.2025 shall remain unaltered.
