1. By way of filing this public interest litigation petition the petitioner alleges that there is a large-scale misappropriation of public money and in this regard a representation has been given on 23.04.2024.

2. Since the persons, who are alleged to have misappropriated the public money, have not been specifically named in the writ petition nor impleaded them as party respondents, no positive direction, as sought for by the petitioner, can be granted. However, since the representation has been sent to the authorities concerned, there will be a direction on the 5th respondent to examine the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2024 and take action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date. Petitioner is directed to appear personally before the office of the 5th respondent and submit a copy of the petition along with a copy of the order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
