The revisional application was filed in the year 2022. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in the meantime the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges levelled against him by the learned trial court.

In view of the aforesaid, the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2240 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.
