1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considered the materials submitted by the learned Counsel for the parties and incriminating statements of the witnesses.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, question of parity and substantial progress in the investigation, we direct petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of his arrest on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in connection with Khayrasole Police Station Case No. 30 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
