The applicant/writ petitioner has filed CAN 1 of 2024, seeking recall of this Court's earlier order dated June 27, 2024, by dint of which the Court had dismissed the writ petition No. WPA 14485 of 2024, for default.

The applicant has submitted that since the learned conducting lawyer has been engaged at that point of time with some other matters before some other Courts, he could not attend in due time. The Court finds it proper to allow the present application CAN 1 of 2024, for ends of justice and recall its order dated June 27, 2024, restoring the writ petition in its original file and number.
