Petitioners have complied with the conditions of bail imposed upon them.

Conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioners, that is, not to enter the jurisdiction of Chapra P.S and to report to the Officerin-Charge of the police station within whose jurisdiction he was residing i.e Dhubulia P.S once in a week are waived. He is directed to report to the Officer in Charge of Chapra P.S once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
