The petitioner has been rendering his service uninterruptedly for 21 years. His grievance is that he has been disengaged without any reason.

Furthermore, the Representation of the petitioner dated August 17, 2021 was considered by the Food and Supply Inspector/the Respondent No.5. Mr.

Bandyopadhyay, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the Representation of the petitioner dated August 17, 2021 should be considered.

Mr. Banerjee, Learned Counsel, appearing for the respondent authorities, submits that the petitioner in his Representation has not been able to show under which Government Order he has started working. Furthermore, no documents have been produced in support of the petitioner's contention.

The Instruction on behalf of the respondents, as issued by the Sub-Divisional Controller (F&S), Contai, District-Purba Medinipur, is handed over in Court today and the same be retained with the record. Having considered the rival submissions of the parties and considering the materials on record, this Court directs the Respondent No.5/the Food and Supply Inspector to consider the Representation of the petitioner dated August 17, 2021 within eight weeks from date upon giving a personal hearing to the petitioner. A reasoned order needs to be passed in the matter and the same is to be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks of passing thereof. Since no affidavits have been invited in the matter, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the parties. With the aforesaid directions, WPA 14043 of 2021 is disposed of.
