Petitioners Mr. Sujoy Sarkar ...For the Petitioners It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner, that by an order dated July 6, 2021, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipur, 24 Parganas (South), upon filing of the charge sheet under Sections 498A/406/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, declined to take cognizance of the offences and issued notice against the de-facto complaint which has been made returnable on September 21, 2021.

I do not see any reason that prompted the petitioner to file the instant application for expeditious hearing of the case when the learned Magistrate fixed the date on September 21, 2021. No order needs to be passed in this application. Accordingly, the revisional application, being CRR 1776 of 2021 is dismissed.
