The D. I. of Schools (SE), Malda has complied with the order dated 23rd June, 2023.

The provisional pension is being released to the petitioner. Let arrears be paid to the petitioner within a period of one month from date, if not already paid.

Insofar as the interest on the delayed payment of the provisional pension is concerned, the petitioner shall be entitled to raise the same after appropriate disposal of the criminal and departmental proceedings against him, if any. 4.

The contempt application is disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
