Kamalesh Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appears on behalf of the writ petitioner along with Mr. Aninda Bhattacharyya, learned advocate and at the threshold, Mr. Bhattacharyya has submitted before this Court that there is change of advocate and in support of the same, Vakalatnama with 'no objection' has been filed in the department on 16th September, 2021 with filing No. A-10167.

Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate submits on instruction that the writ petitioner does not want to proceed with the writ petition and in support of the same, a letter dated 14th September, 2021 which the Advocate-on-record has received from his client is filed in Court which is taken on record. Liberty is prayed for filing fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.

The writ petition is dismissed as not being pressed with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

There shall be no order as to costs.
