1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed in the meantime.

3. Considered the materials placed by the learned Counsel for the parties including the injury report which is opined to be simple in nature. No prima facie offence under Section 307 IPC is made out against the petitioners.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, completion of investigation, it is directed that the each of the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi, in connection with Bharatpur Police Station Case No. 88 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023 within 15 days from today. On his appearance and application for bail he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. The application being CRM (A) 2265 of 2023 is disposed of.
