1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner is stated to be on similar footing with Ms. Minoti Gomes who has been admitted to anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.03.2023 passed in CRM (A) 979 of 2023. Such position is admitted at the Bar.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and question of parity, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Judge, Special Court under NDPS Act, Berhampore, Murshidabad, in Connection with NDPS Case No. 16 of 2023 arising out of Raninagar Police Station Case No. 60 of 2023 dated 06.02.2023 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.

5. The application being CRM (NDPS) 1121 of 2023 is disposed of.
