None appears on behalf of appellant. Same situation prevailed on 25th June, 2021, when following order was made.

"The second appeal tender is of year 2000. Additional Stamp Reporter reported that there is discrepancy on dates appearing in certified copy of judgment of lower appellate Court. We do not think this is a defect that requires removal before the appeal can be moved for admission. It has been so listed but none appears on behalf of appellant.

Let notice be issued to the learned advocate, enclosing copy of this order, that the appeal will be listed in monthly list of August, 2021. In event appellant continue to go unrepresented, the appeal is likely to be dismissed on adjourned dated or thereafter.

Noting dated 4th August, 2021 says, the postal article was returned unserved with endorsement 'Not Found'. We are convinced appellant has lost interest. SAT 2825 of 2000 along with CAN 1 of 2001 ( Old No. CAN 1100 of 2001) (not found), if any pending, are dismissed.
