For the State Mr. Gobinda Chandra Baidya ..for the defacto complainant Petitioner is the father-in-law of the defacto complainant. Materials in the case diary suggest requirement of investigating the father-in-law for the offence alleged. Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
