Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of sanction plan being granted by the concerned authorities, the private respondents have been interfering and disturbing the petitioner from raising construction. To that effect, representation was made to the police authorities. However, the police authorities did not extend any cooperation and, as such, the petitioner in spite of having sanction plan is unable to raise the construction.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the land-inissue is un-demarcated.

However, the police authorities have recorded a General Diary Entry being

Kharagpur (Local) P.S.

GDE No.1243 dated 19.05.2025.

Having considered the nature of dispute complained of, I am of the opinion that the police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13258 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
