On 10th November, 2022, a report of compliance was directed to be submitted before this court.

Accordingly, Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report which reflects that the specimen hand writing of the petitioner was obtained before the learned Magistrate and steps are being taken for sending the same to the examiner of questioned documents.

Having regard to the contentions made by the Police Authorities, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the revisional application before this court is unwarranted as the purpose for which the petitioner approached this court has already been served. Report so submitted by the SI of English Bazar PS, Malda through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1774 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. . Investigating Agency is directed to take steps as submitted in the report by the learned advocate for the State.
