Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for more than 4 years. Their prayer for bail was rejected on 17th February, 2025. After the said date on four consecutive dates, the prosecution has not been able to produce any witness.

Learned counsel for the State submits that prosecution proposes to examine 6 more witnesses and shall conclude the trial within six months from the next date fixed before the learned trial Court.

Considering the material available against the petitioners, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. However, learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to

either of the parties, in accordance with law in the light of the submission made on behalf of the State.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
