The petitioners intend to place further proposal before the Chandernagore Municipal Corporation. It will be open for the petitioners to place their proposal before the Corporation.

In the event such proposal is placed, the same shall be considered by the Chandernagore Municipal Corporation in line with the scheme pursuant to which the renovation of the old registry building is being conducted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
