1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considered the materials placed by learned Counsel for the parties including the statement of the witnesses and the post mortem report.

3. One of the co-accused persons is stated to have been released on bail by the learned Trial Court. The petitioners, if so advised, may surrender before the learned Trial Court within 15 days from today and move for bail in accordance with law before the courts below. If such application for bail is moved and question of parity is canvassed by the petitioners, such question of parity shall be taken into consideration by the learned Trial Court/Sessions Court irrespective of the days of detention. This order shall expire automatically after 15 days from today. No extension shall be given in any event.

4. With the aforementioned observation, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected. Trial Court is directed to act upon

the server copy of this order.
