Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that by order dated 7th July, 2025, the petitioner was granted bail, however, he was directed to furnish local surety, which he is unable to provide. He seeks for modification of the order dated 7th July, 2025.

Learned advocate for the State leaves the matter to the discretion of the Court.

In view of such submissions, the order dated 7th July, 2025 is modified only to the extent that the petitioner. Namely, Rahul Majhi be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand), with two sureties of like amount each. Other portions of the aforesaid order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of order dated 7th July, 2025. The application for modification being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
