Though the petitioner/accused person seeks expeditious hearing of criminal proceeding being A.C.G.R. Case No. 199 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipur, 24 Parganas (South), under Sections 342/323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, it is not clear from the order sheets annexed as to whether the petitioner appeared before the learned Magistrate on the dates specified for his appearance after the filing of the charge sheet. It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has been granted bail on February 6, 2020 and after filing of the charge sheet, following the summons issued against

the petitioner on September 23, 2020, the petitioner appeared before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipur. It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that a copy of the charge sheet and other relevant documents has not been supplied to the petitioner till date.

This revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipur, to ensure that the charge sheet and other relied upon documents are supplied to the petitioner within a period of fifteen days from date. Thereafter, the learned Magistrate will proceed with the case in accordance with law.

The revisional application being CRR 1773 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
