Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to hand over a copy of this revisional application to Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly by its order dated 1.03.2023 was pleased to cause further investigation in connection with Arambagh Police Station Case No. 181 of 2017 dated 20.02.2017. Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate emphasises on the issue that the documents were earlier given to the Investigating Officer and on the basis of the said documents, the Investigating Officer arrived at its conclusion. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner is unable to produce any seizure list.

In view of the observations made by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh in the order dated 17.02.2023, I am of the view that further investigation should continue. The petitioner was earlier granted bail. As

such, if there are any points, which the petitioner intends to take up on issues relating to documents, the same be furnished before the newly appointed Investigating Officer pursuant to the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2084 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
