1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. The petitioner No. 1 is stated to be the brother-in-law of the deceased and the petitioner No. 2 is stated to be the motherin-law of the deceased. Father-in-law and husband of the deceased are stated to have been released on bail. Admittedly the deceased died a suicidal death. So far as the petitioners are concerned, it is fairly submitted at the Bar that the allegation against them regarding harassment and torture in connection with demand of dowry from the deceased and her parents is omnibus in nature.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that each of the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhar, North 24 Parganas within 15 days from today in connection with Basirhat P.S. case No. 57 of 2023 dated 27.01.2023. On their appearance and

application for bail each of the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate is directed to act on the server copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
