It is submitted that she has been falsely implicated in the instant case and it is also submitted that she has a minor child.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Statements of witnesses and contemporaneous document namely, seizure memo disclose recovery of heroines 260 gm from the petitioner and other accused persons.

In view of the aforesaid fact and the statutory restriction Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
