The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of representation being furnished before the Inspector-in-Charge, Hasnabad Police Station to the extent that the private respondents have been attempting to dispossess the petitioners from his property and trying to change the nature and character of the property, no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 9, 10 and 11 denies and disputes such contentions of the petitioners and also disowns in respect of the title claimed by the petitioners so far as the property is concerned. Be that as it may, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is presently worried regarding the

crops which have been cultivated. I find that the police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of BNSS. Having considered that the police authorities are in know-how of the dispute and difference between the petitioners and the private respondents, I direct that the police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

So far as the other rights are concerned, petitioners would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional civil court for necessary remedies. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 13423 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
