The learned Counsel representing the private respondent nos.12 to 15, who are the cousin brothers of the petitioners, submits that the disputed construction has been constructed in accordance with the sanctioned plan and as such the matter has been settled between the parties.

The learned Counsel representing the respondent nos. 7 and 8 and the learned Counsel representing the Panchayat i.e.

respondent no.5 do not raise any objection.
