The writ petitioners are employee of the West Bengal Co-operative Milk Producers'

Federation Limited. They have claimed certain arrears of wages on account of "Promotion Automatic Switchover" Policy that was implemented vide Office Order No. 1265 dated 18.12.2012 and Order No.

dated 08.01.2013.

A representation to this effect is made on 1st September, 2016 and thereafter again on 21st September, 2016.

The respondents have not considered the same.

In those circumstances, the respondent no. 4 shall consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioners within three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The respondent no. 4 shall pass suitable orders and communicate the same to the petitioners within 15 days thereof.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
