Mr. Indranil Halder Ms. Neha Halder ....for the petitioner Mr. Amitabh Shukla ....for the respondent The grievance of the petitioner is directed against inaction of the respondent WBSEDCL in providing an electricity connection for the submersible pump of the petitioner.

On behalf of the WBSEDCL, it is submitted that by a communication dated 12.12.2024 the petitioner was duly informed to comply with certain statutory formalities which have not been complied with till date. In response, the petitioner submits that all formalities have been subsequently complied with and they would intimate the WBSEDCL forthwith.

In view of the above, WPA 13733 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the WBSEDCL to consider the proposed response of the petitioner and act expeditiously in accordance with law.
