Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved regarding the inaction of the police authorities pursuant to the information furnished to the Officer-in-Charge, Pursurah Police Station.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Pursurah PS Case No. 142/24 dated 21.05.2024 was registered for investigation.

Having considered that a case has already been registered pursuant to the information furnished, I am of the view that the petitioner would co-operate with the investigating agency for taking the investigation to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14490 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
