The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the awarded compensation has already been received by the claimant through execution process.

Under such circumstances, appellant does not want to proceed further with the instant appeal. He prays for necessary order.

In view of the prayer made by the appellant the instant case is dismissed as non-prosecution.

The statutory amount deposited to the tune of Rs. 25,000/- by the office of the Registrar General may be returned to the appellants along with interest accrued therein.

Interim order, if any, stand vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Court below for information.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
