In the present writ petition the petitioner prayed for conclusion of the proceeding initiated under the provisions of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993 dealing with the allegation of the unauthorised construction.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that final order has been passed by the Haldia Municipality, which is under challenge in a separate writ petition being WPA 23833 of 2023.

The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition appears to have already been redressed. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. Let WPA 23833 of 2023 appear in the list immediately after the Puja vacation.
