The officer-in-charge, Khardah Police Station, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate has filed a report dated 24th December, 2021.

It appears from the report that the order dated 22nd December 2021 has been complied with. The respondent No.6 Sri Samrat Paul and respondent No.7 Smt. Soma Paul have been escorted out of the said premises and the keys of the same have been handed over to the writ petitioners. The report of the officer-in-charge, Khardah Police Station, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate dated 24th December, 2021 along with the photographs of such event of handing over keys annexed to the report are taken on record.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
