Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondents who are the owners of a plot adjoining the plot of the petitioner have raised construction in the said land which is classified as 'jal' without conversion of the same and without obtaining sanction from the concerned Panchayat. The petitioner submitted several representations before the concerned authority which have not been considered. The petitioner seeks consideration of the same.

The respondent no.10 appearing in person and representing both the private respondents produces copies of sanctioned building plan and conversion certificate which demonstrate that the construction has been raised by the private respondents on the basis of sanctioned building plan granted in their favour and after conversion of the land to 'bastu'.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be dealt with in the writ petition. The same is accordingly dismissed.
