Grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that inspite of making series of representations which are annexed to the writ petition and lastly on 23rd March 2018 page page 52 being Annexure P-6 to the writ petition making claim for recovery of excess payment of leave which has not been considered by the respondents till date and they are sitting over it. Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 5 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation being Annexure P-6 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
WPA 12531 of 2018 is disposed of.
