The report filed by the Judge, Special Court (EC Act)-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Hooghly, dated 31.1.2023 stated that the petitioners herein have been acquitted by order dated 29.11.2014 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 2211 of 2014 (old No.

36 of 1999). Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are present in Court and their personal

appearance are noted and dispensed with.

The learned advocate for the opposite party No. 2 is personally present and his personal appearance be noted and dispensed with. The learned advocate for the opposite party No. 2 submits a copy of the judgment pronounced by the learned trial Court in Sessions Trial No. 2211 of 2014. Let the said copy be kept on record.

Under Such circumstances, the revisional application bas become infructuous and disposed of.
