The instant revisional application has been filed against the order No. 3 dated 13.04.2011 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Barasat in CMC 1643/2011 wherein the opposite party No. 2 was granted anticipatory bail. The instant revisional application filed against such order for rejection is not sustainable, as there is no infirmity or impropriety in the impugned order. As such the instant revisional application is dismissed.
