This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking relief against the police authority by alleging inaction on the part of the police authority while they have not been impleaded in this writ petition. Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for liberty to withdraw this writ petition and to file a fresh writ petition before the appropriate Bench and accordingly, the liberty is granted to withdraw this writ petition to file a fresh writ petition.

This writ petition being WPA 13382 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
