Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instruction to withdraw the writ petition and seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal. In view of the same, the writ petition being WPA 14549 of 2017 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.
