This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the father of the minor girl praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Fourth Court, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas to dispose of the Miscellaneous Case No.200/2024(VIII) expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of a notice upon the opposite party.

However, learned Advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite party or upon the learned Advocate representing the opposite party before the learned Trial Judge.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that 3rd of July, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the petitions dated 8th of October, 2024 and 11th of December, 2024 and for filing written objection, if any, in the meantime.

The Additional District Judge, Fast Track Fourth Court, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas is requested to take up the hearing of the aforesaid two petitions on the next date if the same is otherwise ready for hearing with an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

It may be open to the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Fourth Court, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas to decide which of the two petitions would be taken up first.

Accordingly, the civil revisional application being CO/2095/2025 stands disposed of.
