In Re: An Application under Sections 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The present revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 26.07.2021 passed in S.L. Case No. 564 of 2021 by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore. The said order reflects that the learned Magistrate was pleased to direct for investigation by Rajabagan Police Station. The records reflect that pursuant to the same, Rajabagan Police Station Case No. 150 dated 30.07.2021 was registered for investigation.

Records of this revisional application also reflect that the same was admitted on 23.09.2021. However, there was no interim order. No information has been furnished before this Court regarding the present stage of the case. Consequently, the revisional application does not call for any interference.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1771 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
